We’re excited to announce that Tiffany Frazier is our August employee of the month and Buzzy’s latest desk buddy.

Tiffany has been with us for over a year and a half now, but it feels as if she’s been here forever! She has an incredibly laid back and friendly personality and is great at bringing people together. In fact, she coordinated a BFB team of runners for this year’s ADP Corporate 5K and it was a great success. This is all on top of her role as Digital Marketing Specialist for Buzz Franchise Brands, where there is a lot that gets thrown her way at any given moment.

Keep Calm and Dance On

One of Tiffany’s greatest strengths is her positive attitude. She is always willing to jump in and help, no matter the task. Her co-workers say, ‘She is thorough, diligent and always does her work with a smile. She also happens to have some of the sweetest dance moves.’ It’s true that Tiffany can tear up the dance floor!

Franchisee support is also one of Tiffany’s main responsibilities. Whether it’s a website update or a more detailed analytics question, ‘she goes out of her way to be helpful to each individual franchisee’ in a quick and efficient manner.

With the digital landscape always changing, it’s important to keep things fresh. ‘Tiffany is great at following up on projects and really likes to ask those questions that evoke a good thought.’ Way to be curious and innovate, Tiffany!

Tiffany is a rarity in our organization; she is a Hampton Roads native! She is originally from Chesapeake, VA and went to James Madison University. Tiffany and her husband, Trevor, love to travel and they are new cat parents to two adorable kittens, Tux and Joe!
