Congratulations to our Employee of the Month, Angie Muchulsky! Angie joined the Buzz Franchise Brands team as Franchise Support Specialist in September of 2021, and immediately fit in as a Buzzard. Prior to joining Buzz Franchise Brands, Angie graduated from Radford University, where she double majored in Business Management and Marketing. Having completed courses in business management, professional communication, digital marketing, in addition to an internship with Merrill Lynch, Angie built up a strong skill set that was perfect for becoming a primary support source for franchisees. She fell effortlessly into her new role, committing to provide the best work and support to help our brands thrive and grow.

Why Angie is Our Star Employee

Angie is a fundamental player in getting franchisees set up in our various franchise systems after new franchisees sign their franchise agreement. There are many different moving parts and processes to be completed, and Angie stays on top of it all. From scheduling trainings for new franchise owners, to the actual implementation of onboarding, to providing guidance and support for new franchisees, Angie is the hands-on person making sure our new business owners have everything they need to be set up for success.

One premier quality Angie possesses is organization. Her productivity tricks are a very organized to-do list and a clear workspace. Aside from Angie’s organization and dedication to getting things done, she has a calming presence and warm demeanor that are essential for our new business owners. Becoming a business owner has challenges and elements of uncertainty, but Angie is excellent at making everyone feel welcome and heard as she helps them navigate through the process. Even outside of supporting franchisees, she’s always smiling at the office and has a positive attitude, making people want to be around her glowing demeanor to brighten their day.

Who is your hero? My dad. Because he taught me the meaning of life, work ethic, and how to treat others. 

Tell us about a unique or quirky habit of yours. I separate all the food on my plate so that they don’t touch, and I eat one thing at a time. (I save the best for last).

If you could visit any place in the world, where would you choose to go and why? Mykonos in Greece. Because look at that place!
