Congratulations to our Employee of the Month, Elyse Kelly! Elyse is the Director of Location Services for British Swim School and has been with the British Swim School team long before British Swim School even came under the Buzz Franchise Brands umbrella. Elyse does an incredible job supporting franchisees and helping them navigate and develop pool partnerships. There are so many regulations and moving pieces with pool partnerships, requiring constant communication, organization, and prioritization to keep all of them straight. Elyse is a true master of the art! 

With the recent growth and momentum British Swim School has had, Elyse hasn’t missed a beat, and continues to be a source of constant support for each new franchisee. In addition to being a pool partnership master, Elyse has a kind and encouraging demeanor that helps franchisees feel comfortable going to her with questions. She’s also funny and can strike up a conversation with anyone, making her a joy to work with. Elyse is not just great on the franchisee front though, she’s a foundational member of the corporate team, providing a constant wealth of knowledge and reliability to her coworkers. She’s dependable and is always willing to help no matter how full her plate is. Here’s what one of Elyse’s coworkers had to say about working with her.

"Elyse regularly works with our franchisees nights, weekends, and holidays when issues arise with their pools...[which] often go down Friday nights or weekends. This month she has been particularly involved one working with one of our largest franchisees and a national pool partner to get creative and get three pools back up and running weeks ahead of projections."

• If you could have an endless supply of any food, what would you get? PIZZA! I mean, does it get any better?

• What’s your favorite thing to do in the summer? I love just hanging out with my kids and husband. We end up doing DIY projects and movie nights all the time but it’s pretty fun to make the memories.

• If I could be anybody besides myself, I would be? Beyonce. Go big or go home, right?

• Which way does your toilet paper hang on the wall – over or under? OMG - over only please! If you forget, I have no problem switching it!

• Have you ever had a poem or a song written about you? Yes, I actually have been writing poetry since middle school and I would write with friends through college. I’ve even considered publishing a book.

We are so grateful to have Elyse as part of the team. She’s been a pivotal member of the British Swim School family from the beginning and has grown alongside the brand as it continues to develop and thrive.
