Congratulations to Woody Parsons, our Employee of the Month! Since joining the Wonderly Lights team in the summer of 2022, Woody has been an invaluable asset, especially when it comes to training and supporting our franchisees.

What Makes Woody Employee of the Month Material

 Woody takes on many hats for Wonderly including training franchisees on our systems and teaching installation techniques to provide ongoing support on all fronts. The best part? He always does it with a smile on his face.  He even steps into the field to lend a hand when needed. Here’s what one of Woody’s coworkers had to say about getting to work with him:

 "Woody has been a master of his craft, from training new zees to helping current zees during Wonderly's busy part of the year. He has also assisted with expansion FDDs and FA's, so all I have to do is send them out via DocuSign. Even during his busy season, he still finds time to talk and laugh. He never complains at all about the work he is doing!"

Get to Know Woody

Woody is a Virginia Beach native and attended Hampden-Sydney College. He was a competitive swimmer from first grade all the way to his senior year of college and even completed a 5k ocean swim at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront!

Here are some fun facts to help you get to know Woody even better.

 What is something about you that most people don't know?

I was a competitive swimmer from first grade through my senior year of college at Hampden-Sydney. Unfortunately, I excelled at long distance swimming and even competed in a 5k ocean swim at the VB Oceanfront.

If you were deserted on an island, what 3 things would you bring?

I would bring an endless supply of Chipotle, a copy of Jimmy Buffett's A1A album, and plenty of sunscreen.

 What's the first thing you would buy if you won the lottery?

I would buy a minority ownership stake in the Los Angeles Chargers.
