Congratulations to our Employee of the Month, Ashley Mattern! Ashley has been part of the Home Clean Heroes family for seven years, and it’s been incredible to see her grow alongside the brand!

Ashley started as a cleaning specialist, where she excelled at providing customers with spotless homes, showing a strong commitment to every house cleaned. Her hard work and character proved she was ready for more, so Ashley then became a team lead, helping organize and guide cleaning teams to ensure efficiency and success. She knocked it out of the park and eventually became a field supervisor, gaining a larger leadership role to help supervise cleaning teams. Most recently in June, Ashley was promoted to assistant manager for the Home Clean Heroes local Virginia Beach office! In her new role, Ashley continues to prove how her strong work ethic, ability to communicate, leadership skills and organization make her the perfect fit for this role.

Besides being a joy to work with in the office, Ashley has always received glowing reviews from customers, both during her days as a cleaning specialist to her time now providing in-home estimates to potential customers. Not only does she dazzle at work every day, but Ashley is also a new mom! Due to her solid organizational skills she hasn’t missed a beat and manages to keep her and her team on track at all times. You can get a glimpse of her passion for organization by looking at her office, which is the cleanest and most organized of anyone in the office – a true testament to her work!

What is the most exciting thing you've ever done or experienced?

The most exciting (and best) thing I've ever experienced is definitely becoming a mom to my son, Elijah.

What's the first thing you would buy if you won the lottery?

If I won the lottery the first thing I would buy is a house with a pool and a big backyard. 

If you could choose anywhere to go in the world, where and why?

If I could choose anywhere in the world to go, I would choose Italy because of the beautiful views, architecture and of course the food and wine, haha.
