Franchise Support Specialist

Buzz Franchise Brands (BFB) is a fast-growing multi-brand franchisor that builds franchises that gets people talking. We’re currently looking for an energetic and hard-working professional to join our corporate team. The Franchise Support Specialist will work closely with experienced franchising professionals to provide business start-up support, administrative support and technical support to approximately 100 independent business owners from our three brands across the country. This position reports to the Training Program Coordinator and is based at our company headquarters in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and IT system support to franchise owners and their staff

  • Support on-boarding process of new franchise business owners

  • Support brand management teams with analysis of franchisee performance and development of business action plans

  • Provide administrative support to the franchise sales process


  • Bachelor’s degree; business, finance or accounting preferred

  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

  • Solid data analytic skills with basic understanding of statistics

  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word

  • Outstanding work ethic, keen attention to detail and willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment

  • Highly organized with strong time management skills

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
