REgional support manager, British Swim School

British Swim School provides a proven swimming instruction curriculum that strives for ‘Survival of the Littlest’! With many franchises throughout the United States, British Swim School is becoming the leader in swim safety and curriculum.

The Regional Support Managers are the owners of the overall execution and compliance delivery within an assigned area/region. They are responsible for managing and building relationships with all Franchises and are accountable for the execution of support and compliance visits. They must track and report all visits and interactions with those within the region along with performing analysis to identify areas of opportunity and create plans to rectify outstanding issues. The Regional Managers work closely with the VP of Operations to ensure all locations are aligned with the British Swim School Brand and executing based on this knowledge.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Deliver the British Swim School CORE Values to new and existing Franchise Owners and Employees

  • Perform root-cause analysis

  • Anticipate area needs then explores and facilitates plans to implement change and/or support within assigned areas

  • Assist in delivering training, on-boarding and targeted compliance visits with the focus on growing and improving the department

  • Assist with Aquatics trainings, conference planning and execution, and visits

  • Identify areas of opportunities, develop and execute action plans to address challenges and improve results regarding, customer retention, bottom line revenue and driving individual success

  • Conduct on-going training to aid in the development and maintenance of Swim Schools within the region

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or relevant experience including Franchising experience

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

  • Experience with Franchise operations is an asset
