Employee satisfaction is a major factor in the selection process, so our track record of appearing on best workplaces lists from reputable groups such as Inc Magazine and Outside Magazine certainly supported our case.
Inside Business wrote, “The company invests in staff with formal training initiatives, monthly social and learning events, and a state-of-the-art office space with pool and Ping-Pong tables and a fully stocked café.”

The same goes for our franchisees. Pool Scouts is now operating in several states across the country, while Home Clean Heroes just recently began its franchising operation. The cleaning brand will continue to build our local operation in Hampton Roads while we look for qualified franchisees to grow our brand to serve more customers nationwide. CEO Kevin Wilson states, “With a focus on supporting franchises and not on opening new corporate territories, the company has been able to experience exponential growth over the last few years.” This focus will continue to drive us in the years ahead.

The Roaring 20 awards honors Hampton Roads’ most dynamic and fastest growing businesses. For a company to be eligible for this award, it needs to meet the following criteria:
Headquartered in the Hampton Roads area
Founded prior to fiscal year 2015
Realized gross revenues of at least $2 million in 2017
Experienced three years of growth
Inside Business and the committee conduct a short interview with finalists and verify financial data before choosing their honorees.
