What’s the Buzz On Franchising: Gift Guide for Franchisees
Tis the season for gift giving! And while there’s been a lot of pressure to buy early this year, we know many people are struggling to come up with ideas before it’s too late. So, to offer a little gifting inspiration, we turned to the people we know best - our franchisees - to find out what’s on their wish list this year. Their wish list ideas range from practical to a bit far-fetched. Read on to see for yourself!
What Our Franchisees Want This Year
We asked franchisees across our three brands to share what’s at the top of their wish list.
David Houck, Home Clean Heroes of South Charlotte owner, wishes that he could get a tablet to help him work more efficiently, especially after hours when leads are coming in. Currently David uses his phone to manage business inquiries. While this works, it isn’t as efficient or easy to navigate as a tablet would be.
John Breton, owner of Pool Scouts of McKinney and Northeast DFW, shared that he would wish for a wrapped Pool Scouts pick-up truck filled with chlorine in the truck bed. Amidst the chlorine shortages this year, this is most likely at the top of many of our Pool Scouts franchisees’ wish lists!
Robert Stapf, British Swim School of Hudson Waterfront franchisee, wants a clone for Christmas. He shared that he has to be in too many places at one time, so if he could just have one, two, or even THREE clones of himself, he could be much more productive and efficient with running his business.
Adeola Shibiyi, Home Clean Heroes of Tampa Bay owner, wishes he could have the gift of a flying saucer. On a daily basis, Adeola performs in-home estimates for clients, runs quality assurance, and trains his staff to ensure a thorough and proper cleaning job. The flying saucer would allow Adeola to zip through all of these activities and effortlessly make it back to the office to take customer calls.
Andy Woods from British Swim School of Northeast Florida shared that during business training, he realized how many different hats a franchise owner wears. Having realized that, his wish this holiday season is to get more hats. Looking into 2022 and trying to be more health-conscious, Andy is also hoping to identify a fuel source besides caffeine to keep him energized.
British Swim School of Pittsburgh owner, Traci Brown, wishes for Santa to bring her a chimney full of tiny swim elves, that can help teach swim lessons at any time on any day. This would make her 2022 jolly!
