Congratulations to our Employee of the Month, Adrian Francisco! Adrian is a Pool Scouts Junior Franchise Technical Field Coach, and while he officially started this role in March, he was no stranger when joining the corporate Pool Scouts team. Adrian worked as a Pool Scouts technician with our local Virginia Beach business for multiple seasons in between semesters at the University of West Virginia. He graduated with an engineering degree prior to joining the Pool Scouts crew full time. The technical experience Adrian has built out in the field over the years is the perfect skill set to bring to his role supporting franchisees and training new members of the local operations team.

Adrian joined the company at a unique time in the brand’s history, when Pool Scouts was quickly gaining momentum faster than ever before. There have been 16 new franchisee launches in 2022 so far, meaning that strong support is crucial. Adrian has stepped up along with the rest of the operations team to provide a constant outlet, whether sharing advice, providing training on different pool services, or even just lending an ear.

What Makes Adrian the Best

Adrian dove right into his role supporting franchisees, going the extra mile to make them feel comfortable and heard. His calming and lighthearted demeanor paired with his technical expertise quickly leave franchisees feeling confident and secure in the corporate team support. He is both patient and approachable, two necessary attributes to his role that he’s exceptionally mastered. He’s made several on-site visits to franchisees throughout the country, and they always have glowing reviews of Adrian’s time spent with them.

Adrian also plays a crucial role in the local operations office, training and guiding new pool technicians so that they’re fully prepared to go out and provide excellent pool care. Adrian has a wealth of background experience in various areas where problems may arise, making him the go-to person at the office.  Here’s what one of Adrian’s coworkers had to say about working with him.
