Congratulations to our Employee of the Month, Alisa Scott! Alisa is a part of the small but mighty Direct Mail team and has been with Buzz Franchise Brands since September 2024.
With a can-do attitude and a willingness to jump in wherever needed, Alisa is a true team player. She seamlessly manages mailing lists, schedules, and franchisee appointments, always ensuring that every detail is accounted for. Her commitment to supporting both her team and our franchisees shines through in everything she does.
Beyond her daily responsibilities, Alisa has streamlined processes to keep her team organized and efficient, demonstrating both innovation and initiative. Over the past year, she has grown tremendously in her role, becoming a reliable and integral member of the Marketing and Shared Services team. Always eager to take on new responsibilities, she plays a crucial role in executing tasks within the Direct Mail program.
Alisa’s contributions extend beyond her primary role—she is also a member of our 2025 Sanity Control Committee, helping to plan and organize stress-relieving activities for the entire company.

Get to Know Alisa Better
If you could choose anywhere to go in the world, where and why?If I could pick any place to visit, I’d choose Santorini, Greece, to see the famous, blue-domed buildings. The island looks so beautiful with its amazing scenery, clear blue water, and stunning sunsets. It just seems like the perfect place to relax!
What's the first thing you would buy if you won the lottery?
If I won the lottery, the first thing I would do is build my dream beach house with a master bedroom facing the ocean so I could fall asleep listening to the sound of the waves every night.
What is the most exciting thing you've ever done or experienced?
During my visit to Grand Cayman, I went to the Cayman Turtle Centre and snorkeled in their "Lagoon" area, a large, controlled pool designed to replicate the ocean. I had the chance to swim with sea turtles and other marine life in a safe, enclosed environment. One of the highlights was the unique setup featuring a clear glass divider between the lagoon and the shark tank. This design made it feel like I was swimming right alongside the sharks! As someone who is both fascinated by and terrified of sharks, it was the most exciting yet nerve-wracking experience I've ever had.
