Developing Leaders in Franchising
We are an effective company because of the high caliber team that works tirelessly within our company walls, and we believe in investing in the development of those people. The Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) designation is one example of a development program through which employees are encouraged to gain in-depth insights into all aspects of franchising to better inform their daily decisions and provide stellar support to our franchise family. Each Buzz Franchise Brands leadership team member holds their CFE designation, which requires continued education courses to keep them at the top of their game.
