We Are Filled with Thanksgiving for Our Employee of the Month
November is the month of giving thanks, and we are feeling especially thankful for Barbara, our Training Program Manager and Employee of the Month! Barbara has been with our team since 2016, and as the Training Program Manager, she is the backbone of our training and support program across all brands. Barbara oversees the onboarding of franchisees, as well as providing them with targeted franchise support. She also manages the Franchise Support Specialists. Her professionalism and results-driven orientation have made her the perfect fit for this role.
Barbara Always Goes the Extra Mile
Both at work and on the track, Barbara pushes herself to be the best. When not taking on new challenges in her training manager role, she enjoys running and has participated in several 5K’s with coworkers, always encouraging her fellow employees along the way.
People can’t say enough great things about Barbara because of her easy-going and positive attitude, strong work ethic, and inspiring personality. One of Barbara’s coworkers said, “Barbara is so patient and willing to walk the extra mile when explaining a task or process. This is an indication that she values the team and has a great commitment to excellence."

Here are a few fun details about Barbara you probably don’t know.
Do you have any strange phobias? Yes! I have a phobia of butterflies. I think they are creepy. There is something about their legs and bodies that gives me the chills. The worse punishment for me would be, to be trapped in a butterfly atrium!
If you could have one superpower, which would you choose?
Intuitive Aptitude! Only fitting for a Training Program Manager. I could quickly gather information to create training materials for our franchise owners across all brands. Instantly learn and understand the mechanics of anything, regardless of how simple or complex. Also, I will be able to comprehend the complexity of events, objects, subjects, fields, powers, etc. without the need for special education or explanation.
What are three things still left on your bucket list?
Visit Ireland. I love to hike and be outdoors. I want to see Cliffs of Moher and the Giant’s Causeway, in Emerald Isle. Also, see the Wicklow Mountains, Ring of Kerry and Connemara Lakes.
Take singing lessons
Become fluent in French. I love the language. I took it in middle school and high school. I think there is something romantic about the language.
