A Sensational Scout
Congratulations to our September Employee of the Month, Raynelle! This hard-working Scout is our local operations assistant for Pool Scouts and has been an amazing addition to the Buzz Franchise Brands family since joining in November 2018. She seamlessly transitioned into her role when joining the team and came to us with a background in operations and customer service from her previous job. This background knowledge in the space, combined with her hard work ethic and can-do attitude helped her hit the ground running as soon as she started, and she hasn’t slowed down!
About Raynelle
Raynelle is originally from Northeast Pennsylvania and moved to the area in 2011. She resides with her husband Ryan, beautiful little girl Kylie, and their two dogs Stella and Nova in North Carolina. A fun fact about Raynelle is that she and Ryan share a birthday of May 19th, they got engaged May 19th, and then also got married on May 19th! In her free time, Raynelle enjoys spending time with friends and family, working out, riding four wheelers, and going to the beach.
As the local operations assistant, Raynelle provides support both to Pool Scouts customers as well as the pool technicians. With her happy and caring attitude, customers always enjoy working with Raynelle. Her clear communication and organizational skills benefit the technicians she works with, and while she’s only been in the role less than a year, we can’t remember what we did before Raynelle was here. She’s been a crucial part of our success in the Pool Scouts local office.
Raynelle is always positive and enthusiastic and is a hard worker with a strong work ethic. She has an infectious smile that fellow coworkers can’t help but be in a better mood after talking with her. Here’s what one fellow employee had to say. "Raynelle has taken on additional responsibility for local operations since her arrival. Her can-do attitude and thoughtful nature show through her interactions with her fellow team members and customers." Another coworker said, “Shout out to Raynelle for her fantastic organization skills, impeccable customer service and her all around upbeat attitude!”
