Our Employee of the Month is a work of ART
Congratulations to our June Employee of the month, Andre ‘Art’ Eaton! Art has been making magic as a junior graphic designer since October of 2019 when he joined the BFB family. As one of our creative minds in the office, Art brings all of our brands to life through his amazing graphic design, photography and video skills. He is truly deserving of his Employee of the Month and Buzzy (Employee of the Month mascot) owner status.
Get to Know Art
Prior to joining the BFB team, Art worked at a communications company, where he handled a wide variety of content creation and managed various social media accounts for six local radio stations. He also has experience doing freelance work in design and videography. When not behind a video camera, Art enjoys watching tutorials on YouTube, listening to music, particularly Kendrick Lamar and Anderson Paak, and reading books such as The Alchemist.

The beautiful work that Art has created has truly elevated our brands to showcase the services we provide in a creative way. He is also a joy to work with, bringing a calm and positive energy to every meeting and event. He provides meaningful and thoughtful ideas, many of which he has also brought to life through his vision and hard work.
One coworker said, "Art has done a great job of grabbing opportunity and helping create video messages across all brands. He is always willing to jump in and work hard. His creative talent has been a great addition to the team and he looks like a pro behind the camera!"
While Art is part of the graphic design team, he gets to work across all departments and brands in order to execute his work. He gets along well with everyone, always has a positive attitude, and is eager to learn and grow. Not to mention, he rocked handling all videography efforts across different brands at our annual off-site convention in Cancun this past January. At times that meant long hours on his feet and constantly going back and forth to capture moments throughout convention, but he never complained and did an incredible job.

Are you a morning or night person? I’m a night person. I usually go to bed sometime between 11pm-3am.
If you were an animal, what would you be and why? I would choose to be a bird. Birds are my favorite animal. They are a representation of freedom, and they can go anywhere they want.
If you were an ice cream flavor, which one would you be and why? Vanilla Bean, because it's classic.
