It's a Bird, It's A Plane, It's.... Our Employee of the Month!

Congratulations to our October Employee of the Month, Jacob Brown! Jacob has been with the Buzz Franchise Brands family for over two years now, although it feels like he’s been here much longer. During Jacob’s time with the company, he has been selected for the highly honorable Buzzy-holder (aka Employee of the Month) twice! This honor truly speaks to the type of employee Jacob is, and the work he puts in each day.  

Jacob’s So Great, it’s Scary

There’s a reason that Jacob’s been chosen as Employee of the Month multiple times. He’s not only a digital marketing expert that’s able to provide excellent support to franchisees and the corporate team alike, but he comes up with strategic solutions and thrives at streamlining processes to make things more efficient. When working with franchisees, he dedicates the time to sit down and work through each part of the digital marketing process with them so that they feel knowledgeable and confident in the digital marketing services in place. One coworker said, “Jacob continues to go above and beyond with every task. Our franchisees love him and his strategic approach to each project is impressive.”

It’s also come to light during Jacob’s time with the company that he’s a natural actor, resulting in his secondary role of dedicated talent for photo shoots, commercial spots, and voiceovers.

Aside from Jacob’s solid work ethic and willingness to give his all in every project he works on, he’s also the life of the party. A token member of the happy hour crew and an all-around franchisee favorite for his enthusiasm and thoughtfulness, he’s approachable and can talk to anyone.

I’ve become a morning person over the past few years, specifically. I have no shame admitting I’m in bed by 9:30pm most nights… I need as much beauty sleep as I can get!  

If I could be anybody besides myself, I would be…

Vin Diesel. The Fast and Furious franchise is a goldmine and at this point, I’m convinced they’re going to make 100 movies.
