Q1 growth for Buzz Franchise Brands

2020 was the year of unprecedented times. While it was a time of learning to adapt, it also provided people the opportunity to do some serious inner reflection and ask what they wanted to do with their life. One thing we were surprised to find was how many people were willing to step out of their comfort zones during these uncertain economic times to chase their dreams of business ownership. While some might have had to make this decision earlier than expected due to an unfortunate, large volume of layoffs over the past year, many people proactively wanted the security of knowing they were in control of their future. This led to high volumes of research of different franchise brands. We have seen this trend continue into the first few months of 2021 as we have increased Meet the Team Days and franchisee signings across our three brands.

Our mission at Buzz Franchise Brands is to enable people to realize their dreams. After seeing the high interest in 2020 for home service franchise brands, we knew that we had some big goals to set for the coming year. Having our updated processes in place that include virtual meet the team days, new owner training over Zoom and established processes for how our brands handle COVID-19, we are ready to kick off 2021 strong.

Buzz Franchise Brands has set some ambitious (but achievable) goals for each of our brands in 2021. The theme for this year is to ‘Swing for the Fences,’ and that’s exactly what we’re doing! In just the first few short months of 2021, we are well on our way to achieving the goals we’ve set for franchise development.

This year alone, we’ve already had 19 Meet the Team Days! Here are some of the ways we’ve seen each of our brands grow so far in 2021.

  • Pool Scouts officially signed four new Pool Scouts franchisees in the first quarter, with more on the way from the Meet the Team Days that have taken place. The brand is expanding our footprint in the Houston and Tampa Bay territories with newly signed franchisees. Pool Scouts has had five new locations open their doors to start servicing this year, including the first location in the state of Ohio.

  • Home Clean Heroes has officially signed three new Home Clean Heroes franchisees so far this year! People are taking notice of the limited time Charter League incentive; where if they buy two territories, they get a third territory for free. Talk about a win, win!

  • British Swim School: British Swim School has signed a new franchisee in the San Diego market! Aside from hosting meet the team days and signing a new franchisee, British Swim School has been busy re-opening locations across the country after temporary COVID-related closures and expanding water safety and swim lesson classes. Enthusiasm from candidates about the business opportunity has been strong. Plus, with a new Virginia Beach location open right down the road from our corporate headquarters, training will be much easier and accessible for new franchisees.

What’s on Deck for Buzz Franchise Brands

Buzz Franchise Brands is focused on not only growing each of our franchise brands significantly this year, but on pushing ourselves to provide the best corporate support to our already operating franchisees that we can. The stronger our franchisees are, the better we are as a system, and the better we can set up future franchisees for success.
