Congratulations to our Employee of the Month, Susan Berger! Susan is our British Swim School Director of New Franchisee Onboarding, and has been with British Swim School even longer than the brand has been a part of Buzz Franchise Brands!
Susan is heavily involved in planning and implementing the training and onboarding program for new franchise owners. This is such an important role, as Susan is the primary person that new franchisees are getting to know once they’ve signed on the dotted line. Cultivating that relationship at the start of owners’ new business adventures is pivotal in their overall success down the road, and Susan absolutely rocks it. However, the support doesn’t stop there. Susan continues to be a support system to franchise owners even as they become more established, always making herself available to listen to concerns and share ideas and recommendations.

Susan has a passion for helping others and for training and supporting new British Swim School franchisees. Every day it’s evident that she loves what she does and gets joy from helping others succeed. Susan was also a key player in helping British Swim School become part of the Buzz Franchise Brands family, teaching the corporate leadership team the ins and outs of the franchisee onboarding process and collaborating to make it even more streamlined under the BFB umbrella.
One of the reasons Susan is so great at what she does is her ability to communicate clearly with anyone. She’s patient, kind, and respectful while also ensuring that franchisees understand the importance of following the British Swim School business model. She knows the British Swim School brand backwards and forwards, ensuring that she can confidently speak to the processes and best practices when guiding and training franchise owners.

British Swim School continues to grow and evolve at a monumental pace, and Susan has been the backbone of getting new franchisees onboarded and up to speed through it all. We are thrilled to see what 2023 has in store for British Swim School, and how Susan will continue to grow alongside the brand.
