An Employee of the Month that Scouts Out Success

Congratulations to our Employee of the Month, Tiffany Glascock! Tiffany joined the Pool Scouts team in November of 2021 as General Manager of Local Operations, and has made an amazing impact on not just the local office, but the overall Pool Scouts brand. The local Pool Scouts office sets the model example for all our franchise locations across the country, so this is an incredibly important role to the success of the Pool Scouts brand. Tiffany dove in headfirst from day one, utilizing her background experience in management and in training and development to turn the local Pool Scouts into the model of success.

Tiffany is a Scout You Can Count On

Tiffany is extremely organized, efficient, driven, and patient, which have led to improvement in processes and technician morale, and have increased revenue and customer satisfaction. Tiffany prioritizes the happiness and well-being of the technicians, which in return motivates them to do great work each day. She’s always willing to go above and beyond when talking to customers as well, and always shows respect while making each customer feel heard. She has remained a strong and calming presence throughout the pool opening season, the busiest time of year at the local Pool Scouts office.

Her can-do attitude and desire to take ownership of the business are helping drive the team to achieve. She is also willing to continually learn and share best practices with franchisees.  We are fortunate to have Tiffany Glascock on the Pool Scouts team."

Tiffany is a proud alum of Old Dominion University, and has a daughter named Arya. When not whipping the local Pool Scouts office into shape, you can find Tiffany at her favorite taco joint in Norfolk, Union Taco.

Butter pecan 1) it’s my fave and 2) it’s cool and delicious and has that salty sweet balance. 

If they made a movie of your life, what would it be about, and which actor would you want to play you?

The movie would have to be something similar to Groundhog Day, and I'd be played by Zoe Kravitz or Kerry Washington.
