Viewpoint recently invited Buzz Franchise Brands to participate an educational media segment as part of an effort to increase education on the franchising industry. One of the biggest things they cover are the benefits of franchising.

Here are just a few of the many reasons that joining a franchise could be a perfect fit for someone seeking business ownership opportunities.

Low-Cost Startup

Pool Scouts franchise owner, Tiffiny Consoli, shares that her largest concern when starting her pursuit of franchise opportunities was whether the startup cost would be affordable. She quickly realized that Pool Scouts was a low startup cost, high support franchise business model that was the exact opportunity she’d been looking for.  

CEO Kevin Wilson shares that this is a common myth people assume is true of all franchises, when really, it’s the brick-and-mortar businesses like McDonalds or Supercuts that come with a higher price tag. “There are many low-cost entry points in consumer services that people can explore, with service brands being one of them. “

Strong Support System

One of the largest benefits of joining a franchise is that you’re in business for yourself, but not by yourself. Investing in a franchise means you’ll be surrounded by a group of people that are dedicated to your success. They have already established a proven support system, from operations to marketing. Having the foundation already set for these different elements not only eliminates risk, but sets you up for success at a much faster rate than building everything from the ground up.

On the marketing front, having an established national brand with a recognizable logo means that people will be more familiar with your brand from the start.  

Rewarding Work

One of the most rewarding parts is giving back to the community in which you live. This was the most common response of Buzz Franchise Brands franchisees when asked what aspect was the most rewarding. Whether it’s teaching young toddlers how to survive in the water, creating jobs in their local community, or aligning with various charitable local organizations, the idea of giving back is really top of mind for Buzz Franchise Brands franchisees.
