Congratulations to our employee of the month, Madison Burkhouse! Madison joined the Buzz family in March and is truly one of a kind in her dual roles as Buzz Franchise Brands administrative assistant and Home Clean Heroes marketing assistant. Managing both important functions requires diligent time management and organization, and Madison does an excellent job!
What Makes Madison the Best
In her dual positions, Madison plays a key part in keeping the Buzz Franchise Brands office up and running and supporting Home Clean Heroes franchise owners with marketing efforts. As the Buzz Franchise Brands administrative assistant, Madison is the face of the office, often the first person someone speaks to on the phone and the first welcoming face for office visitors. Madison does everything from keeping up with regular office maintenance, to keeping all employees updated on company happenings. Her warm and inviting personality makes everyone feel welcome, and she brings a fun and positive energy that sets the tone each day. Her commitment to getting things done is a key quality that’s much needed to keep the office running efficiently and smoothly.
In Madison’s role as Home Clean Heroes marketing assistant, she plays a large part in the day-to-day interactions with franchise owners to get their marketing plans up and running. She’s also the main point of contact between the Home Clean Heroes franchisees and corporate team members and does a great job clearly communicating and setting expectations to ensure success for everyone. Madison’s approachability makes it easy for owners to connect with her and talk through questions or processes to help them be successful.

She not only juggles the many responsibilities that come with the front desk but on the daily slips on her Home Clean Heroes marketing hat at a moment's notice, jumping in wherever she can to help franchisees with last-minute requests or help with email campaigns. Here are a few fun facts about our Employee of the Month to help you get to know her better.
What is something about you that most people don't know?
I LOVE concerts! It's my mom and I's favorite thing to do and she always spoiled me with concerts when I was younger so now, I go any chance I have! I have been to probably 50-70 concerts.
Favorite place you have visited and why?
Hawaii. We went to Oahu and Maui for a week, and it is just an amazing place. My parents made sure we did everything possible but going to North Shore was probably my favorite part, I would do anything to go back.
If you could have dinner with anyone dead or alive, who would it be?
No one is going to be shocked by this answer, Taylor Swift. I have loved her since I was 6 years old, and I would do anything to hear her talk about writing my favorite albums.
