Summer is Heating Up Because Our Employee of the Month is on Fire!
Congratulations to our Employee of the Month, Jill Baker! Jill joined the Buzz Franchise Brands family in September of 2021 as a digital marketing specialist, and has been an invaluable member of the team since starting. As part of the shared services team, Jill has done an excellent job getting to know the ins and outs of our brands and refining digital processes to improve overall performance.
Why Jill Rocks
Jill is never afraid to ask the ‘why’ behind certain processes in place and takes the opportunity to streamline different aspects so that our various digital programs flow more smoothly and efficiently. She loves a good process, and our digital department has become significantly more organized because of it.
Jill does an amazing job keeping track of various tasks across franchise owners across brands, which is no easy feat, especially with the constant growth! Aside from keeping all the moving pieces organized, Jill keeps a calm and collected presence that’s refreshing to both franchisees and her coworkers. No matter how busy and chaotic things can feel with the exponential growth Buzz has been going through, Jill’s steady and easy-going demeanor are greatly appreciated.
Jill has also been instrumental in training and onboarding new team members. Her approachability and detail-oriented instructions make new employees feel welcome and comfortable. Jill has also lived out our core value to “be curious and innovate” with new onboarding processes for franchisees, as well as additional website content that’s valuable for potential customers when learning more about our brands.

"Jill always puts the franchisee first in everything that she does. Be it a timely and thoughtful response to an email or a more in-depth analysis of their digital performance, she executes excellent support on a daily basis which is greatly appreciated by our owners. Jill is also constantly thinking of ways to make our department more efficient. Most recently, she's taken the lead on analyzing and overhauling our digital onboarding process for British Swim School which is no small feat. She's a true team player and has been a critical part of Krista getting up to speed in her role. We are so lucky to have Jill on our team. She's more than earned the title of Employee of the Month!"
Get to Know Jill Better
Here are a few fun facts to help you get to know Jill better.
What is something about you that most people don't know? My favorite genres of books are memoirs and nonfiction. I really enjoy reading about people's lives and learning new things!
What is the most exciting thing you've ever done or experienced? When I was in Antelope Island State Park last summer in Utah, we were on the side of a mountain looking at a herd of bison, and out of nowhere they started running around our van chasing each other and playing/fighting. It was definitely super scary but also very cool.
If you could choose anywhere to go in the world, where and why? I would go to the Galapagos Islands to go shark diving! Sharks are my favorite animal and it's on my bucket list to go diving in a shark cage with my brother.
