Our Sizzling Summer Employee of the Month

Congratulations to our Employee of the Month, Brittany Potter! Brittany is part of the Home Clean Heroes team, and recently celebrated 6 years with the Buzz Franchise Brands family. She has been a key player in the growth of Home Clean Heroes and has really grown alongside the brand. She’s also no stranger to the Employee of the Month recognition due to her consistent outstanding performance.

While Brittany’s strong work ethic hasn’t wavered through the years, a couple of things have changed since her last recognition as Employee of the Month. She was promoted from general manager to franchise business coach. In her current role, Brittany fully supports our growing group of franchise owners on all operational aspects of the business. Clear communication, approachability, and a strong working knowledge of the different systems and processes are just a few of the strengths she brings to her position. Due to her tenure with the brand and the various hats she’s worn throughout her time with Home Clean Heroes, we truly could not do it without her.

Brittany also got married since her last Employee of the Month recognition. Throughout the season of wedding planning and growing into a family of five, she continued to fully support the corporate team and franchisees through training, onboarding, and check-ins with full force, never missing a beat. Her dedication and work ethic have been a true testament to the person Brittany is.

What is the most exciting thing you've ever done or experienced? Despite being petrified of heights - the most exciting thing I’ve ever done is pay lots of money to jump out of a perfectly good airplane! 

If you could choose anywhere to go in the world, where and why? I’m almost 100% Irish, so I’d love to be able to visit Ireland to learn more about my great grandparents and where they grew up. 

What's the first thing you would buy if you won the lottery? The first thing I would do is buy stock in Amazon. I joke that I make Jeff Bezos rich each month, so why not make it work out in my best interest too? :)
