Harvesting Success With Our Employee of the Month

We’re thrilled to celebrate McKenna Swinson as our Employee of the Month! McKenna’s impact on our team goes far beyond her technical expertise. She brings purpose, precision, and heart to everything she does.

What makes mckenna the best

“McKenna consistently acts with purpose, taking proactive ownership of critical processes and identifying opportunities for improvement. She puts her technical expertise to work to drive clarity and efficiency in how we visualize and interpret our data. Her problem-solving skills in Tableau have grown exponentially, and she applies them with intention and precision.

Equally important, McKenna embodies the value of Empower and Serve, especially in her work with our franchisees. She has become a trusted and dependable face of the Finance team, offering rigorous, empathetic support to the system. Through her leadership with Bill.com, she has streamlined processes and improved the franchisee experience.

McKenna also has great attention to detail and has worked diligently through the learning curve of NetSuite as we’ve onboarded this new system over the past year.”

McKenna’s dedication, adaptability, and leadership truly make her stand out — and we’re so lucky to have her on our team!

GET TO KNOW McKenna BETTER:

What’s something about you that most people don’t know?

“Many people know me as McKenna, but not everyone knows my real name is actually Lillie! Even though that’s my legal name, I rarely respond to it. My parents always called me by my middle name growing up, so McKenna has always felt more natural to me.”

What’s the most exciting thing you’ve ever done or experienced?

“One of the most exciting (and slightly terrifying) things I’ve ever done was zip lining in Costa Rica. I was younger at the time, and I remember being really nervous as we rode up a steep mountain in a 4x4 to get to the starting point. Once we got there, it turned into a memorable experience — I still remember the monkeys throwing fruit at us along the way!”

What’s the first thing you’d buy if you won the lottery?

“I actually think about this way more than I probably should, even though I only play when the prize is ridiculously high. The first thing I’d do is hire a team of professionals — a lawyer, accountant, and financial advisor — because I’ve heard too many stories about people winning big and then losing it all! Once everything was organized, my first real purchase would probably be a house near the beach.”

Congratulations again, McKenna! Your hard work, attention to detail, and genuine care for others inspire us all.
