Falling Leaves, Rising Star Employee of the Month

Our captain of culture

We are thrilled to announce Cassaundra Taylor, Franchise Business Coach Manager for British Swim School, as our latest Employee of the Month! Cassaundra has made a lasting impact on our team, both through her work and her dedication to fostering a positive company culture.

A coworker shared:

"What did we do before Cassaundra? I'm not sure. She's become synonymous with the idea of 'culture' at BFB, from chairing the SCC to simply making those around her have a great day. When it comes to what she's actually paid for, Cassaundra has taken on her newly-expanded role with gusto, creating systems that allow for deeper, tangible results for our franchisees. If we could clone Cassaundra, we would!"

Cassaundra’s contributions go beyond her role—she’s a true catalyst for connection, inspiration, and excellence.

GET TO KNOW CASSAUNDRA BETTER:

If given the chance, who would you like to be for a day?

"I'd like to be a kid again for the day. Dominate kids in mad minutes, spelling bees, Nintendo, and PE! Be fully chauffeured, fed and clothed without having to think. Rushing off the bus to ride scooters, bikes, play hide and seek, build forts, and have nerf/water gun battles. My biggest worries would just be not being the first pick at recess or losing a game. Back then, life was simple, fun, and full of adventure!"

If you were deserted on an island, what 3 things would you bring?

"A hospital (with staff, medicine, and beds), the Library of Congress (the largest collection in the world), and farming supplies (including seeds, chickens, cows, and tools)."

If you could have an endless supply of any food, what would it be?

"Tacos—the versatility is endless! Or maybe fresh fruit on rotation."

Cassaundra, thank you for all that you do to make our team stronger, our culture brighter, and our workdays better. We’re so lucky to have you!
