In honor of March being Women’s History Month, and International Women’s Day being this past Friday, we wanted to take the opportunity to celebrate and highlight some of the incredible things that our women franchisees have accomplished! We are thankful for their hard work and dedication and are inspired and encouraged by the way that they have invested so much passion in their businesses.

First Pool Scouts Franchisee Tiffiny Paves the Way

Our first Pool Scouts franchisee to come onboard, Tiffiny Consoli, has helped pave the way for the brand’s success. Without having any pool experience, Tiffiny came in full force with the passion and dedication to learn everything about the pool service industry and business ownership. Her business, Pool Scouts of the Greater Triangle Area, has grown tremendously over the past couple of years. Tiffiny’s hard work landed her a spotlight feature in PoolPRO Magazine a year ago this month and resulted in her becoming a mentor to new franchisees that have joined the Pool Scouts family. Tiffiny said, “Having my own business has been a dream come true. With Buzz Franchise Brands, I’ve been able to create the life I’ve always wanted for myself and my family. It’s been an amazing experience.“ We can’t thank Tiffiny enough for everything she’s contributed to this partnership to make Pool Scouts a success!

Full Time Mom and Full Time Scout

Jake and Kinsey McCutchen opened Pool Scouts of Memphis last year, and they haven’t slowed down since! Kinsey is the office manager for their business, while also being a full-time mom of three adorable little boys pictured here. Even with the time and attention needed to take care of her kids, Kinsey is able to stay diligent and focused on keeping the business on track. She is constantly coming up with innovative ideas to streamline processes to better the business on a daily basis. Over the past year, the efficiencies she has built have enabled Pool Scouts of Memphis to be able to increase their bandwidth and take on additional customers, while still providing stellar service.

Meet Our Other Women Franchisees

And these aren’t the only women making a splash in franchise ownership here at Pool Scouts! Here are a few more who have taken the bull by the horns and dived into business ownership with confidence.

Amy of Pool Scouts of Pensacola is great at maintaining local partnerships in the Pensacola community. She is currently a partner with the Blue Wahoos. Keep an eye out for Pool Scouts of Pensacola during the upcoming season!

Michelle from Pool Scouts of North Plano-Frisco has excelled as the office manager, leaving no calls unanswered to maximize new customer acquisition, and can turn any unhappy customer into a recurring service and 5 star reviewer.

Giselle, owner of Pool Scouts of West Boca Raton, has done an incredible job since she opened her business in spring of 2018, and is helping pave the way for other future female franchise owners.

We are so proud of all our strong female franchisees and are excited to see them continue to do excellent work with their businesses!
