One of the most prominent ways is setting goals for the upcoming year at the annual company retreat near the end of each year. After the goals for the upcoming year are shared, managers sit down with their employees and go over each individual employee’s goals, and how those goals will contribute to achieving the overarching company goals.
Have Fun – We wouldn’t be voted a best place to work if we weren’t fun! There is a dedicated Sanity Control Committee in place to ensure that employees take the time to live out the core value of having fun through monthly fun events, such as axe throwing and going to baseball games. We also have weekly happy hours at the office on Friday afternoons to celebrate a week of hard work. Not to mention, there’s an annual trip to Cancun where all of our franchisees come together to learn, plan and celebrate together.
