Congratulations to our Employee of the Month, Tiffany Frazier!

Tiffany has been with Buzz Franchise Brands for three and a half years, and we couldn’t be happier she’s a part of the team. Tiffany is no stranger to the employee of the month honor, having previously hosted Buzzy at her desk in August of 2019!

As a digital marketing specialist, Tiffany wears many different hats to support our franchisees in maximizing their online presence. In fact, our marketing team recently took the Clifton Strengths Assessment and Tiffany’s top strength was ‘Maximizer’. Those familiar with Tiffany know this is a perfect fit, with her commitment to excellence and helping people succeed!

The Best Kind of Social Butterfly

Not only does Tiffany do a great job with franchisee support, but she’s incredibly communicative and collaborate with our internal teams as well. She’s always willing to jump in and help, even if it’s a project she wouldn’t typically work on. In fact, one of Tiffany’s colleagues shared, "Tiffany always delivers and puts our franchisees first! She's been incredibly agile with all the new Pool Scouts franchisees launching and the evolving 'Coming Soon' process. She's also been incredibly helpful on a few pre-launch items we've needed her on for the upcoming British Swim School website launch. I can always count on Tiffany!" That’s the kind of empower and serve energy we love to see.

Tiffany’s personality and attitude make her a joy to be around! Whether it’s a franchisee visiting the office for training or a new employee starting with Buzz Franchise Brands, she goes out of her way to make everyone feel welcome. As a member of the Sanity Control Committee, this social knack comes in handy when planning fun events for our company! Tiffany also maintains our social media presence for Buzz Franchise Brands (as well as several of our brands), so you could say she’s a bit of a social butterfly.

Oh, and one fun fact about Tiffany, Pitbull is her favorite artist and she finally got to see him live in concert with friends a few weeks ago!

If you could have an endless supply of any food, what would you get?

Chipotle! I've had it multiple times in one day on several occasions, and I haven't gotten tired of it yet. I'm pretty confident I could eat it forever.

If you were an animal, what would you be and why?

A bird. I often have dreams I can fly, and think it would be so cool.

Are you a morning or night person?

As much as I want to be a morning person, I'm definitely a night owl.
