Feeling the Love for our Employee of the Month

Congratulations to our Employee of the Month, Chanae Joyner! Chanae joined the team in February of 2023 as a marketing assistant for British Swim School, and has really hit the ground running from day one. From the start, Chanae wasn’t afraid to dive into any project or challenge, and continuously wanted and learn as much as possible. She takes on every task with pride and puts all of her energy into making sure the outcome is a good one. She is constantly asking questions and working to make our systems and the way we do things more efficient.

Why We Love Chanae

Coming from a background in event coordination, Chanae’s strong attention to detail, creative mind, and approachability have provided the perfect foundation for her role in supporting franchise owners with marketing campaigns. With over 150 British Swim School franchise locations and a system that’s constantly growing, her organizational skills and solid work ethic have been paramount in keeping the marketing machine running. She’s also made a huge difference within the British Swim School marketing team. Her enthusiasm and hard work have improved how the full team performs, and the workplace is better for having her as part of the team.

Outside of Chanae’s many marketing roles that she continues to absolutely crush, she is a true joy to work with. She has a positive energy that’s infectious. Her background in event planning also comes in handy, as she always puts together the best happy hour spreads for our British Swim School training groups.

What's the first thing you would buy if you won the lottery?

If I won the lottery I would immediately buy a trust fund and invest the money and then buy a plane ticket and get out of town lol.

If you were deserted on an island, what 3 things would you bring?

3 things I would need on a deserted island: 1.Solar Powered Radio w/ my phone (that counts as one) haha 2. An Extra Large Sleeping Bag to sleep with but to also turn into a tent or clothes 3. A Swiss Army Knife for #safety and honorable mention my Laneige Lip Sleep Mask because I need at least one luxurious thing to remind me of home.

If you could choose anywhere to go in the world, where and why?

I would go to Dubai (& travel Emirates) because of the beautiful architecture, scenery and the massive malls!
